I hear you. I find the resistance bands a bit awkward too. If you ever get a pull up bar bear me in mind and we can be workout buddies!

Awesome! This is actually my second go around lol! I have the pull up bar and the pull up assist.

I want to get to the 9/10 stone point too (I'm around 11 and a half stone at the moment, but started at 16 stone). I'm 38, female and live in Bedfordshire, have sent you a friend request :flowerforyou:

I'm in! I need to lose 30lbs but would be happy with 25. I hope you don't mind that I'm old enough to be your mum :-)

Same here. Setting a goal weight of 140lbs when I started would have seemed impossible, so I went for something that seemed achievable to me. And let me add it was a real victory when I made it! :flowerforyou:

Yes, that's exactly what they are saying in the article in the Lancet - that we all need to eat less, and doing so (in order to get the collective BMI back down to the level it was in 1980) will cost the food industry several billion dollars in lost revenue, which they aren't going to like. My highest (known) weight was 222lbs and I have managed to lose around 65lbs. I always had episodes but lately my binge eating has returned to the bad old days,…

I admire your honesty and I can relate. What's the famous saying - 'comparison is the thief of joy'? You are very beautiful. We can treat ourselves so much worse than we ever would to another person. I haven't really got anything to say except :flowerforyou:

BULKRA Goddess that intimidates females from wanting to lift heavy weights Love that one!

I find it helps to stop, get a pen and paper and spend 10 minutes reflecting/journalling. Maybe use a simple reflection model like 'What? So What? Now What? to help you identify what the problem really is and work out non-food related solutions. Good luck! xx :flowerforyou:
-
 That is so awesome!! Hit the nail on the head there.
-
Yes I also have this problem, My way around it was that I would put a little bit of food in my mouth (say, toast or something) and chew and chew and then just as I HAVE to swallow I pop the pill in. That sounds gross but it worked for me. xx

You look great! Love those ruffles, super cute xx

I agree. I bet they have noticed and just don't like to say anything. If you bring it up they will know that it is a 'safe' subject to talk about! Don't be disheartened and keep up the great work! :flowerforyou:
