Yes totally! I think mine is all to do with fear of failure or something (I lost weight before and then put it all back on again and more). I start thinking too much and then I think 'what if..?' and go through all these scenarios and end up binging : (

I think lordosis can cause your tummy to protrude no matter how thin a person is, and it can sometimes be present alongside scoliosis. But I'm no expert, so best get checked out by your doctor xx

Phew, I don't think I could face Jillian first thing! I need to build myself up to it!! Day 3, Level 3 done for me. Listened to my own music again this time and really enjoyed it - but it's so tough!! Well done everyone xxx

Day 7 Level 2 DONE!! I usually start off trying with the hard move then end up doing the modified version...but I do find as I go on my form gets better and better. The dumbell rows I find so hard to get them right lol! It's only now I think 'oh, *that's* the muscle they are supposed to work!'. I still take quite a few…

Day 6 Level 2 DONE!! I was lousy tonight, had no energy. I haven't really seen any changes that much but I will weigh and measure myself at the end of the shred. Even if there is no difference I won't be disappointed as I have got so much out of this - I have less headaches and I feel much better and much stronger mentally…

LOL I need a bra for EVERYTHING during the high knees!!! It's horrible! Particularly my lower back fat (love handles) jiggle uncontrollably xx

I would love to be so fit I could do the shred twice in one day...maybe that is something to aim for lol! Halfway through!! Day 5 level 2 complete!! I think it's all to do with if you weigh it before or after you pop the popcorn. I found that too when I first tried it a couple of years ago - the jumping jacks just made me feel terrible! - you can definitely build up to it though xxx

Hey, hope you had a great time! Day 4, level 2 done for me! I did it this morning for a change - can't believe how quick level 2 goes by - love it! The afternoon has been spent in some serious vacuuming...I'd rather do the Shred again lol!! Hope you all have great days xx

No off-days for me, I'm also determined to do the 30 days straight...I will be doing it later this evening though after I've completed all my chores. Will post how I got on later... enjoy the concert! xx
