Haha you made me smile least you know how to try and cook a omelette, lol I am trying to loose around 2 stone more i am quite broad but i really struggling to be motivated to use the gym for running etc, I go three times a week since jan 1st and has loose a stone i have now plattoed but i only really do weights, x

Yeah you know what i put my name down a couple of weeks back for a class a day and thought if i do 3 out the 6 then that will be good, I got scared and didnt go to any .. :/
