Newbie on community friends needed

I am 32 male from birmingham england, would like friends to help me motivate, female or male.
I have been on MFP for a couple of years, i started at the gym on 1st Jan , i have really only being doing weight as i really struggle to motviate myself to do CV (running etc) i have lost nearl a stone since then, i have now plattoed out and struggling to go any further.
I would like to loose 2 more stone in total and its not a big ask but guys help me..

    Congrats on your weight loss . you've been going great.
    I know that classes at the gym tend to be dominated by women but they are a great way to get some cardio happening.
    Spin classes are I think one of the best for pure calorie burn & cardio conditioning.

    Yeah you know what i put my name down a couple of weeks back for a class a day and thought if i do 3 out the 6 then that will be good, I got scared and didnt go to any .. :/

  • Once you've got your first class under your belt you'll be fine.
    So give a class a try this week.
