Thanks, I work out 6 days a week, I will definitely add more core exercises and I have been thinking about trying kickboxing. (Now I definitely will)! I will also check out the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Think a trip to Wal-Mart/Target is now on my agenda!

I am 4'11 and 122 lbs. I started out at 140lbs. I have used Adipex several times. I like it a lot. It totally kills your appetite and for me it killed my sugar cravings. However, every time I have used it, I am jittery and can't sleep well for the 1st week. But after that there were no more jitters or sleepless nights.

I take 3 a day and they seem to do nothing for me, but I am going to finish the bottle (almost finished). I like Roxy Lean a lot better. They give me much energy and I can tell when they kick in. I will be going back to the Roxy Lean as soon as I finish with the Oxyelite. But I do wish you much success on the Oxyelite Pro!

Neither Wal-Mart nor Target carries the Blender Bottle. I know GNC and Vitamin World does. Or you can go to the blender bottle web site and order one from there.

I wear polarized Oakley Half Jackets. The rubber really grips, so they do not bounce up and down on my face. As for headphones, I use Frogz.
