The goal is too much, I gave up on it a while ago. Screw the charlie horses, eventually I will get supplements.

Explain to him that if he brings home junk food, he needs to hide it or eat it all quickly or tell him if he wants sweets that he should buy a serving of it and eat it before he gets home. My parents do the same thing, and it's extremely frustrating. Oh but be nice about everything!!!!!

Cut it's nails and buy a TON of scratching posts and put cat nip in the scratching posts. I don't even trim my cat's nails and they never scratch anything but their posts.

I'm 5'5 and 18 my goal is 120. I'm 126 now, but I started at about 140.

Haha, I've told my mom she's overweight before she'll either yell or say that its genetic and then she'll eat an entire box of oreos herself. Halarious idea though

You could dance, find workout dvd's, or use workouts from a magazine.

I went from a size 4 or 6 to a size 2 pants my shirt size hasn't changed cause my boobies won't get smaller.

I take zoloft, it hasn't effected my eating habits at all, but it makes me less anxious.

It hasn't made me gain weight. I've been on it for years a few years now but even when I started it, it caused no weight gain for me....

high school, he and I have been together for almost 3 years now.

I did it for a while, lost a few pounds but It was stressful and I was always hungry, so in the end I upped my calories and started working out for a few minutes a day.

Happens to me. I want food, especially chocolate and salt..... I try to avoid food, but I end up going over

love it, can't live without it, but I limit myself to one can a day

I don't have an food allergies, but I have a mild intolerance to citric acid. I can eat a little but too much and I'm up all night with an upset stomach. citric acid is in a lot of diet foods and I can't eat lemons, oranges or drink orange juice or other citrus things.

I work 2 days a week, running around scrubbing, cleaning, extc. Since most of the time I'm in school I have sedentary selected, but those 2 days a week are more like lightly active so I say I walk 2.5mph for 5-10 (depending on my shift's length and the work I do) so I don't overestimate calories burnt)

My waist is the only thing on me that will shrink!!!! I need to lose in the legs, especially the thighs!

I eat them once or twice a month and they are sooo yummy, my favorite is the herb roasted chicken.
