This is probably the most interesting topic I've ever seen on this site and I love it!! :D I eat horribly but I'm losing weight. Last year I got close to my goal eating crap. College started and I gained weight, but now I'm losing again eating crap. As long as you stay within your calorie goal you'll lose weight.

I'm a little over 5'5. I haven't reached my goal yet. I got close to it, but then I went to college... Anyway I eat about 1250 calories a day, and it works for me :D Sorry, I can't say what my maintenance is, but I'd like to hear what other people here have to say that theirs is.....

That's my goal! And I'm the same height as you!!! It's a good goal, check out the BMI scale on here. :D

I believe genetics plays a part of being overweight (metabolism speed and bone structure)... I'm a larger bone range with a slower metabolisim, so is my mom and grandma. Mom got obese, my grandma counted calories and stayed skinny. I got chubby due to what I ate and it was usually the same ammount as my tiny friends.…

I'm terrible at cooking, my parents don't buy any raw foods, just pre-cooked I eat a lot of pre-cooked chicken and I eat a lot raw veggies. It's not always easy. Occasionally I'll cook, but most of the time when I do cook, it turns out gross or burnt, so I avoid it. So to answer your question, yes it is possible.

My friend just had her baby and she's only 18. Her parents are helping her raise the child. On the bright side, you are no longer in high school. Don't let other bring you down.

I look at the averages for other things when I do that. It helps, you might not be completely correct, but it's better than nothing

Get out of high school on time, just 3 more weeks!!! And also get to 124 pounds.

By August 23rd(my 19th birthday). I'm only trying to lose a few more pounds, but I'm not in a hurry.

Taller, I'm the midgit of my family. I want to be 5'7, but I'm 5'5. My female cousin is 6'0 and her brother is 6'5 at 17 (I'm dead serious) my mom used to be the shortest at 5'5.5 and my grandma is 5'7. I don't like my height I'd like to grow 2 inches but going no weight!

Eat a portioned ammount of sweets. I crave chocolate but if I don't eat it then I end up eating more to compensate. Get icecream bars from skinny cow or buy a chocolate bar and eat 1/2 serving of it. If you'll eat the entire thing, then find somebody to share it with (I give things to my brother) Make sure to count it!

I'm a 34DD, so I feel your pain! lol I want to be a D or a C, but I lost weight and they don't go anywhere. It pisses me off sooo much.

Mcdonalds. Wendy's salads (no joke you might as well eat a cheeseburger there), cadbury creme eggs, double doozie cookies, pizza (still eat it sometimes). I love sweets! oh DQ blizzards. I might be diabetic one day, I love sugar waaayyyyyy tooo much

not going to stop. I recently learned that my grandma counts her calories, so I know I'll be counting for the rest of my life. MFP might not always be here but I'll be counting forever.

I was born in northern Viginia, I lived there until I was almost 3 and then moved to Kentucky. I've lived here ever since, but I am moving to Indiana next year.

A few pieces of lean ham or turkey, go for the lowest calories, but most protein. :) They can be like 10 calories a slice.

When I get to my goal weight I'm getting my first tattoo of a faerie on my hip. I can't wait because tattoos are so pretty. :)

I don't have a child (i'm 18) but my bother and I are about 15 months apart. I have a friend where she is 10 years older then her youngest brother. One of my friend's parents had her children 15 years apart.
