You can make a million variations of overnight oats! Make them the night before, then just grab in the morning! Sometimes I add oats to my smoothies too. :) How I make my basic ONO. 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of oats. Set in a jar overnight.. the next morning, I either add fruit, or peanut butter, cinnamon.. whatever…

I know you weren't being offensive, none taken. I just choose sleep or going to the gym over everything else besides work. LOL. It's hard to cook meals for just myself too. So meal prepping is easier for me.

This is one of my favorites to make! I like the original, then I also add blue berries sometimes to be like blue berry pancakes.. also, sometimes add a handful of oats to the mix. :) Soooo good! Makes a lot too.

Hey there! I work 5pm till 1am every weekday. Sometimes I go in earlier too. I do meal prepping.. so on Sunday or Monday, I make enough food to last me thru the week.
