Someone told me to think about my body as a fine sports car. I would only put the best fuel in a nice car and sugar is more like slug: not good for a sports car or my body.

Classic zone is the best way to go. Tough at first , but gets easier.

1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce, 3 whole almonds. This is my breakfast most mornings.

Weighed in on 4/6 and gained a pound. 134lbs. Weekends are tough!
