Try eating more smaller meals rather than 3 big ones. Try and include more fruits and veggies into your snacks and see if that helps. I hope that may help you not to overeat quite as much. I did what Jules did, I took a bikini that I would like to be able to wear comfortably in the summer and hung it up. I think one slice wouldn't hurt you, I would stick with cheese though. Make sure it's a small one and have some fruit and water with it. BUt like the other lady said ACCOUNT for it. If your work doesn't have it that often i think you'll be fine, my work has it EVERY thursday. Hope that helps.
