Little bit late, forgot to post on Saturday! 9st 4 this week, so +2lb from last week. But last week was -4lb so its still an overall loss so I'm happy

Ok so last week I was 9st 6 and this week I'm 9st 2, which would be a 4 pound loss. I think some of it may be a change in scales though because there's no way I've lost that in a week! I suspect next week will be a much smaller difference

I find I often have trouble knowing if I'm actually hungry or just bored and craving something. I've found keeping something healthy, like fruit, with me as a snack works quite well. If I'm hungry enough to eat the fruit then I'm hungry. If I wouldn't eat the fruit but would the thing I'm craving then I'm not hungry.

Don't know for last saturday but weight today is 9 stone 6lbs

Sarah 23 5'5 9st 6 (132lbs) 122lb I was at my goal weight in september, but have gained almost a stone over the winter. I also used to be quite fit and active but have stopped since it got cold, hence the weight gain. Mostly I want to get my fitness back, loosing the weight is just an added bonus to doing that
