i probably ate close to 3000 calories a day if not more....i thought i didn't eat that much but then i realized on MFP that yes i did eat way to much. Breakfast: mcdonalds or nothing Lunch: Ramen noodles or some kind of fast food meal Dinner: fast food or something high in sodium and calories Snacks: EVERYTHING lol

100 calorie popcorn bags whole wheat crackers apples fiber one bars (they do taste good and keep you full) if you love chips like i do get baked chips! (watch portions!)

Backstreet Boys. I remember buying it with the money I earned as a kid. I admit I can still jam out to them if my ipod shuffles it on... however, I knew I should've picked the Pink Floyd album because I LOVE them MUCH more than any band!

I agree with this! I thought I really liked Mcdonald's because I used to eat there like 4 times a week. The last time I went was about 3 weeks ago and I ordered off the dollar menu. It was gross. I am never going back.

My boyfriend ROCKS because he no longer asks me to go to fast food places for dinner with him. And if he does decide to pick me up some food, he stops by somewhere with healthy choices to get me a garden salad or a turkey/veggie burger! :)
