That's great! :) I realize that sometimes NSV's mean a lot more than the numbers that appear on the scale!

What I've learned from MFP: 1) I have people who really do understand the struggles! :) 2) Calorie counting isn't really that hard or that bad! 3) I can do it if I give it my best!

awesome job! :) you look great!

Maybe you need someone with less of a loud voice?Maybe they are just talking to you? LOL I don't yell btw. And i'm a girl! I don't waste my energy on that when everything can be solved in the bedroom! trying to lighten your mood man.

Bikini and some lingerie

Maybe she feels like you won't need her after you start looking better? I would definitely talk to her though! Communication is key! :) And I agree that you should do it for YOU. NOT for someone else :flowerforyou: good luck

I'm 5'3 and when I weighed 165 at my heaviest weight! :) Right now I'm 154 pounds. But it has taken me a lot longer than I thought to lose even that little weight! You have my encouragement!
-
You look great! Good progress! BTW: body hair on a guy is sexy to me lol

For some reason, listening to Britney Spears and imagining me like her is such inspiration at the gym! LMAO. :P I know it' silly.

People never tell me to my face but in HS I heard some girls talking about me and how in the hell my current bf could be with me because I was "fat" and he could do much better. :( Also, my best friend took me to a halloween store to look for a costume last year and I couldn't fit into any of the extra large costumes and…

I had the flu once for a whole damn week. I stayed in bed or watched TV all day long because I felt so bad. I lost weight because I couldn't hold anything down or didn't even want to. The medicine sucks. All I drank was water, unsweetened hot tea, and some gatorade. It's really horrible. I wouldn't even keep track of what…

welcome to MFP! feel free to add me! :)

That's usually how it starts...2 cookies in and suddenly more junk comes into play lol You can't change what happened and I think it'll be ok. Work extra hard this week and you'll be fine! EVERYONE messes up. But those who are strong will not let it get to them and learn a lesson from it all!

When sitting on the couch at a family members house and someone wants a picture...i cover my tummy up with my arms or reach and grab a pillow because "i think i'm getting a tummy ache". Also, I only wear t-shirts to school. :( At my heaviest weight I wore a jacket in class all the time. I definitely used to eat 2 dinners.…

Welcome! :)

you can prove your boyfriend wrong! you are strong! i never liked running or jogging either. maybe do 3 minutes running, 5 minutes jogging, and 7 minutes walking fast? that might help! but i'm no expert! don't EVER listen to the negative thoughts in your head! or the negative comments from your boyfriend! you CAN! just…

wow, keep going! you look good!

I can never do abs during this time of the month without my stomach beating my *kitten* later. Hopefully more working out will lessen the impact of those horrible, dreaded days!
-
you are stunning! :)

I know what you mean! 20 pounds seems like a lot to tackle! I need at least that to be in the healthy weight zone for my height! It's just difficult to work hard and have the pounds shed off so slow (that's what i feel like). Just stick with it and I'm sure we will all see results in a couple months. GOOD LUCK!

I go to the gym but I have this weird feeling that everything is so dirty and I don't want to touch anything without wiping it down with the clorox wipes they provide. But even then I feel like I'm touching something gross. I feel much cleaner and work much harder at home. :) plus I can hop in the shower much faster and…
