I can never give up beer and certainly not a glass of cheap wine every so often to relax me. I fit it into my weekends usually all the time. I think if I have too much sodium that day before hand it definitely bloats me. I need to cut back haha. Being 21 is so fun though

This happens to me when I work out. I like to see the difference and estimate what I could weigh actually the next day. It keeps me in check with my body or at least I think so. Weight does seem to fluctuate throughout the day. I usually weigh myself in the morning before eating or drinking to get a more accurate reading…

Spaghetti. Sometimes you can get the spaghetti pasta for like 99 cents and then just buy a jar of sauce you like. Usually this lasts me a couple of days and I don't use all the sauce for one meal so I can save it in the fridge until i buy more spaghetti. I weigh myself everyday. I can't help it and I like to know how my body fluctuates.
