Ok so congratulations on your up coming wedding........I just wanted to tell you I workout on on elliptical/stationary bike at least 30 minutes everyday.....sometimes an hour! You look fantastic and its an inspiration! My goal is to lose 35 lbs by the time my husband comes home from afghanistan! I'm already five lbs into my goal but just knowing how much of a difference it could make......well, it makes me want to work that much harder!

You dont have to eat them all but your deficit is already figured into you diet/ calorie intake. So whatever you don't eat of your burned calories is extra you are losing.
