I'm with you! I need to lose 65 lbs and I'm starting tomorrow. I bought a food scale today and my boyfriend and I are going to do some food prepping tonight. I have a membership at the YMCA and I'm hoping to workout there at least 3 days a week. I'll probably walk at the local track on days I don't go to the gym. Feel freeβ¦

I used to have a cheat day every week, but now I do 1 cheat meal a week. I've noticed that when I do a full cheat day I totally blow it. I eat whatever I want all day long. That also makes it harder for me to get back on track. So, once a week I go out to eat with a friend or my boyfriend and I order out. I allow myself toβ¦

The Fitbit challenges I participate in definitely motivate me to move more. Also, when its time for me to go to the gym, if I'm not up to it, I force myself to get in the car and drive there anyway. I'd go up a size. Since the bands are adjustable making the next size up fit shouldn't be a problem.

Welcome back! I also just returned after quite a while away and this is actually only the 2nd post I've ever made. Previously, I tended to be more of a lurker. Lol. As far as your activity today, I think you're right... "cleaning, vigorous effort" would probably be your best option.

I have the Charge HR and I love it. I'm always trying to beat my own personal best and the challenges against friends keep me motivated to move more. In the evening my son walks with me and he loves to see my stats when we are done, so its even motivated him to move more.

I'm 5'4"... I started out at 164 (Monday of last week) and I'm currently 157. My goal weight is anywhere between 127 and 132. My 30th birthday is on September 10th and my best friend is throwing me a party. I'm hoping to atleast be back in the 140's by then! Good luck on your journey! Feel free to message me!
