07/12/11 D5L1 TOM is thinking of visiting, so I missed yesterday (to exhausted & fatigued and found it very hard this morning) On a tiny up note, w/my 10lb kettle ball I was able to do all the side lunge w/raises! I also found out I prefer to spread as far as I can, it actually makes it easier

7/9 = 2.4mi (walked) 7/10 = .4+ (.4walked, also swam for about 45min, how far is that? not a fast swimmer, just up and down the length of pool dodging people, ha ha)

Week 1 = Taken July 11th (Reported July 11th) Thighs: 43.75 inches (22" =L / 21.75" =R) Arm: 24inches (12" =L / 12" =R) Waist: 30.5 inches Hips: 38 inches Chest: 39.5 inches (175.75) Difference: -.5" (difference overall +1.25") D5L1 of 30DS, so I'm adding muscle but not loosing the fat over it?? :(((

I'm in small town just outside the Flinthills of Kansas, we have 2 gyms here and they offer Zumba drop-in's for $5 or the 6-wk course for $30 (equals about $2.5 class if you make all of them)

I would say "yes" as it aids in the new term "muscle confusion". Your body gets used to a certain routine, then you mix it up, but I bet you could also change up which routine you do "first" ;) Like 1st Round Lvl 1 Lvl 2 Lvl 3 2nd Round Lvl 2 Lvl 3 Lvl 1 3rd Round Lvl 3 Lvl 1 Lvl 2 etc, etc

07/08/2011 D2L1 I only had to stop for 2 JJ reps (have bad knee) and almost made it through the last ab workout w/o stopping! Definitely was able to keep up little better then just yesterday! Have you talked to a dr (or OBGYN) about a possible vit supplement? I know dietary iron is better, but for me I have noticed when I take my vitamin supplements (small daily under-doses, as I'm "healthy" otherwise) about 1/2 wk before I start / through the week of TOM, I have a much better time (I have very hard periods)…

Just got the DVD last night & did it this morning, wow L1D1 and I could keep up w/part of it, but had to modify 1/2way through push-ups. And the very last set of crunches, I could make several reps. stop for one count then go again
