Only on Day 1L1 myself (just got DVD), but I would recommend switching it up, do L1, then L2, then L1, etc, switch it up, it will all work together, if you need a change up every 3rd/4th day, then do it! ☺ I know a lot of people also do other stuff w/it. Week 1 = July 1st (6th) Thighs: 44 inches (22" =L / 22" =R) Arm: 22inches (11" =L / 11" =R) Waist: 32 inches Hips: 38.75 inches Chest: 39.5 inches (176.25) Difference: +1.75" (I can thank my TOM bloating AND water gain for this week) I should have quite a loss next week! I better! lol
