That is awesome Rosalind! Check out Ripped in 30, it is awesome. A few of the same workouts but they bring it to the next level. I definitely noticed a strength improvement. Lets stay friends! You are such a hard worker and inspirational! Way to go everybody!

I had no weight change which i guess is good, I didn't gain so I am happy. No change in 3 weeks, at least I know I can maintain once i get to my goal. Hi All, I gained too! 3lbs! I think I will go back down to regular next week. We were in competition so I had to eat more than usual and I definitely did not drink enough water. Three things to improve: -Bring healthy (and low calorie) snacks to work -Run 15 kilometres by Friday -Register and run the 11k trail run

Day one was good. Good thing I am in this group, I totally would not have done it otherwise, exhausted from golfing in the hot sun all day. Weighed in ...127 can't remember the last time i was under 130, yeah! Took pictures, i love the pictures (not the way they look now) because one day that bikini will be awesome!
