Eating at Guests House
Does anyone have any tips for eating healthy when you are a guest in someones home? The food is delicious, it just doesn't fit in with what i am eating now, I don't want to insult anyone but I need to stay on track. Any advise would be great!

Coordinating Meal Times
Hi Everyone, My husband and I have very different dinner times. I like to eat no later 6:30. By that time I am starving and getting pretty grumpy. If it was his way we would eat around 8:30-9:0pm.
