Hi Everyone,
There might be an obvious answer to this but I don't know it.
I just started the Ripped in 30. How do I log that in the workouts? Do I use cardio interval, do i log each thing I do?

I know for 30 day shred I use circut training, but don't know about the ripped in 30, sorry0
