Food and sleepiness

Hi All,

I have a question about food affecting your sleep. It seems no matter my exercise during the day, I can always take a nap after dinner. I have tried eating less at dinner and spreading it throughout the night but it did not help. I am wondering if anyone has any advice on what types of food to eat to keep me from being tired.
