It is a fitness regime put together by Jillian Michaels (biggest loser trainer) it is basically a program which gives you back a good shape after 30 days. It's BRILLIANT! You can three levels depending on your ability, most people do level one for ten days, level two for ten days and level three for the ten days.

Something I have learned from here is water flushes out sodium. I was advised to make it pure water with no fruit juices etc. I have heard that green tea is very good for you and for your thyroid so maybe add water and keep on drinking your tea.

Then maybe she doesn't want you to lose weight, because if you are larger than her she will feel better being the 'skinny' friend once you shrink maybe it will highlight her weight battle. You do what YOU feel comfortable doing, if you healthy enough to exercise that much then kudos to you, keep on pumping and keep on…

My goal weight is another 20lb, But I think I am going to get to 130lb and see how I feel there. That would put me at 9 stone 4lb. Quite a comfy weight I think.

Is your friend overweight? No it's not to much, it's more than you need but not to much.

I go with one of the following: 'the scale tells me different' 'my jeans beg to differ as I can't do them up' 'are you blind' 'I look different without clothes on...wanna see....then they change their minds!' Then I log them in my head as known liars who would never tell you what they really think!

Squats, ab curls, torso twists, leg curls.....I don't use my arms in exercise anymore because they are to muscular. I do just fine :)

Day 10, lost no weight, put on two pounds.....lost two pounds....put half a pound back on! But, I have managed to get into size 8 trousers! BUMP! If anyone has advice on how to lose double digits in a week let me know too. 3lb weight loss per week is really very good, thats nearly a stone a month, if you lose any quicker you will be left with poor skin. Well done on your achievements already.

I lost 14lb in a month! So 20lb in four months is very realistic and I don't think would take much effort as it's around a pound a week!

I log EVERYTHING, it actually helped me stop picking, because I knew I had to add it in and it put me off eating it!

I heard that drinking a glass of vinegar a day helps burn fat! The acid apparently.... It doesn't sound all that appealing to me....but if it was conclusive that it worked and that people were getting real results then I would give it a whirl!

I look back now and laugh. It was okay in the end, my mum was fine and luckily we were insured. But last year I borrowed her car to drive to Italy and accidently set it on fire.....we're even now!

I found out that my mum had burned down my house on Facebook! I was away at the time and someone popped on to ask how my mum was after seeing her in the paper, I hadn;t spoken to my mum for three days so I had no clue what she was on about.....she told me there was a house fire which gutted my newly renovated house!!!!

Protein burns fat! It also aids in the building of muscle if exercised along side with. I enjoy protein.

I put my weight on in pregnancy, then I could eat like a horse ;) But I was hungry all the time. Everything I eat I put in my diary, I wont eat anything until it is in the diary too so I can make sure I don't go over my calories. Today I am going to try three meals. See how I go with that.

Well unfortunately I put weight on!!! This was because I started 30DS, which I didn't realise would put weight on but help you lose inches. But today I weighed myself and finally 7 days after starting the shred I am back to my starting weight, so hopefully now I will start losing it! But now I have to aim for 3lb a week…

So you burn off additional calories more than you eat? I am not a fine one to talk about this as well, this has happened to me, although only once or twice.
