I eat it, at least once maybe twice a week. Personally I feel if I ban food I like, I will crave it and thats not good. Everything in moderation as they say.

The food diary works for me, I find when I see what I eat I feel guilty. You can prepare nightly meals on the weekend and freeze them so during the week you have a 'quick meal' which is healthy. But if you don't have the will power to do it then you won't be able too. I hate myself figure enough to not eat crap.

Its a great idea to find a friend who is also doing it, you will need someone who understands you when you are complaining that you have put all the weight back on and more afterwards.

I have 18lb to lose (I have lost 16lb already) but in reality I am not sure whether I will change my goal, I think that 120lb on me might not be right and be a little too much, so I am going to get to 130 and see how I look. I am within my BMI now i'm 23.67 so I am slowing down on the ole weight loss.

I am on day 13, I will be honest I do not follow any particular pattern, some days I will do all three levels, another day I may only do two and occasionally I just do 1 and a half. I pick different levels different days, but will never just do level one, I have to do one and two or three. I have not missed a day yet :D…

Yep....I too am dropping! 34/36f to 32E! I am hoping that they will get firmer if they are smaller???? Anyone lost theirs and the appearance of them is better, i.e they don't go 'droopy'?

I use the same scales every time I weight myself, that way I can gage how much I am losing, all are calibrated slightly differently (I use my Wii)

My brother offered me T5's which reduce your appetite at night! But they also give you lots of energy apparently. I refused....I use good ole will power. You could always go to bed at 9pm if you don't have will power :)
