I love the running up the stairs exercise, I can do it several times a day and squeeze it in on a loo run....however my children think I am nut, especially when I put the stopwatch at the bottom of the stairs! hehe. Why not do some exercise first then you can have something to eat? Running upstairs for 10 minutes solid burns 171 calories for me! If you weigh more, it will burn more for you . Just how hungry are you??? :D

No I wasn't kidding. It was a serious question. I always thought that people held water, I assumed the more you drank the more you stored, obviously I have been corrected now and I am currently on my second glass of water.

Wow, okay.....I will make a deal today to drink 8 glasses of water and see where I am in a week. I have very dry skin (although not flakey) and a very flakey scalp, is this because I do not drink enough then?

I am naughty where I eat hardly anything of late! I was under my calories yesterday by 1087 calories because I exercised I did 8 hours of solid cleaning/ironing.
