I have a pair of skinny jeans from when I was "skinny" that I intend on getting back into! I think having something smaller to fit into really does help with the motivation! x

Alpen Light bars are a godsend for me, and still lets me have my chocolate intake! it's only 62 calories for the double chocolate ones! x

Thanks! I'm finding it very easy! Since I originally started doing MFP I have lost 5kg which is 11lbs, so I KNOW I can do it!! I've never used the forums before so will hopefully find these useful! Good luck to everyone with their weight losses! x

I agree Your not eating enough calories! I tend to try and go meet my calorie allowance every day, including calories which I have gained from exercising. I have lost 4lbs in the last 4 days by doing from half an hour to 2 hours exercise each day following this rule. You need to eat more. Even try and get CLOSE to your…
