Day 3 was a little easier although I think pushups are going to be my nemesis! No breaks today but there were a few times during the cardio parts that I would drop the arms to catch my breath, but my feet kept a moving!

I did a curves membership for about a year, i agree with the other posts that it is a great way to get started with exercise. The right leaders can be very motivating and the machines are very easy to use. I would recommend getting the smart card though because that helps you push even harder. I wouldn't commit to more…

I saw it at our target yesterday for less than $10. I think she recommends 2 - 5 pound weights and a mat if you don't have padded carpet to do the dvd on. I've heard of people using 20oz coke bottles, jars, etc filled with water if you don't want to buy weights.

I've been told that unless you are getting your produce locally (within 20-30 miles), the frozen is healthier because they blanch it and freeze it at it's freshest (and highest nutrient value), where when you get produce that has been on a truck for who knows how long, it's not considered fresh anymore. I too have the mirena, so not much of a period. Prior to kids, I would gain a MINIMUM of 5 lbs and eat like a horse, that's not even including the cravings!
