Weight gain is temporary but back problems can become a life long issue. Personally, I couldn't walk when I injured my back and I found the pool wonderful. I find that protein shakes helped me along with hot baths. But it only lasts a few days and its better if you keep moving. Happy Shredding. The results are worth it :smile:
