I have the same problem-large boobs. But started the C25k and really love it. I haven't quite finished it yet, I have had to go back and practice the steps again because I just wasn't satisfied with how I did it. I have noticed my endurance is getting better each time I do it. I recommend trying it.

I workout to the Julian dvds, they require a stepper, but I don't have one. I just modify the exercise and do the best I can. I do plan on getting one eventually but I can still get in a good workout without it.

Have done 14.04 miles run/walk and down 2 lbs.

Did 2.7 miles today of running/walking today. On the week of the 19th I had 11.34 miles of walking. Lost 2 lbs!!

YES once I started watching my sodium I started losing the weight. Also, you need to be using a measuring tape and measuring yourself. If you don't see results on the scale you may be losing it in inches. The past week I haven't lost a pound but I have lost several inches so I know my hard work is paying off.

It's hard to really point the finger and blame just one person here. As a mom, I know its my responsibility to bring in the house good, wholesome, healthy foods for my family to eat, and I haven't always done that. I just found this post but I had started C25k on Monday with week1 day 1, today finish up with week 1 day 2. I know I am behind everyone else but I am loving this program! It has been a challenge for me to run, haven't ran since I was a kid. I began in July walking and wanting to add something more to my workout.

Today was a good day. I met all my food goals for the day. I am still working on the running. Thank you all for the advice it has been helpful. I did run a little yesterday and I felt great today. I started MFP about a month ago and am down 7 lbs I have 26 lbs to go to be out the 200's. I have found I am more motivated by everyone on here. Seeing their stories and seeing how they are working hard to meet their goals makes me try even harder to meet my goals. I am so glad I found this site!!!
