I started it again for the 2nd time too yesterday. I can really feel it today!! Day 2 is done though. Hopefully I will be able to move tomorrow, don't remember it making me this sore

I am on my second round of the 30 day shred, I still have about 50 lbs left in my goal. Just take it slow, stay in level one until you feel comfortable to move up, but you can do it :)

I just ate too much and wasn't very active. Also, I had 3 kids and just didn't seem to have the energy to take care of myself.

I just started level 3 today. I tried not to take days off in between but during my period I just had to take a few days off :(

I do this too for the same reason, almost in ONEderland myself!! I only record my weight on Thursdays but I have to see that number everyday before I shower in the morning then after I get in from work.

Measurements: 10/10/11 Bust 46 Today 47 10/10/11 Waist 41 Today 41 10/10/11 Hips 49 Today 49 10/10/11 Thighs 24 Today 24 hmmm not much change :( maybe in a few weeks I can see some change.

Day 5 is complete...getting a little easier, I plan on posting some measurements soon In the beginning my muscles were pretty sore and it was tough doing days 2 and 3. But today was pretty good, don't think I am ready for level 2 but soon!!

UPDATE: I have 5 lbs until I am out of the 200's!!

I am in! Just finish my first 20 minutes and I feel great. I actually have other dvds by Jillian and some of the exercises she does in the shred I am familiar with. The problem I have is doing them everyday, that is where I am going to need everyone's encouragement to push through.

My sister had this done 3 years ago and she too has kept hers off. She would not have been able to change her eating habits without having done this.

I agree. When I take one for lunch at work I try to watch my sodium for the rest of the day. For me I am not much of a cook, one of the reasons I am over weight today (too much fast food or convient foods). It is all about moderation and trying to stay wihin your goals.

I weigh myself right when I get out of the shower in the morning. Just when you weigh at the doc's just subtract 5lbs and you'll be good to go!!
