  • I just finished 15 days. It took me about 3 days to 'detox', that's exactly what it felt like too!!!! I dont crave anymore! It's totally worth it.

  • I just got some french vanilla Kcups... when they arrive I will let you know how it tastes. I completely understand the need for creamer.
  • My HS weight was 165. It is nice to see someone else who has a goal near that.... I don't really care to be rail thin. I just want to feel better and I KNOW I felt good at 165 and could certainly wear clothes that looked nice on me.
  • Addict here too. I get on kicks where I love creamer and half and half etc... I dropped all the sugar... just using splenda now I dropped all the creamers... just using 1% milk now. I am surviving. As for a tip, have you tried the French Vanilla flavored syrup (sugar free) combined with milk yet? At least give it a try....
  • Im going to second 'Love and Respect'. It points out (and goes into detail) that a woman's major need is LOVE and a man's major need is not.... it is respect. There are many many small ways we take that away from our men w/o thinking about it. Good read!!
