My gym has a "hand bicycle" I don't know if thats what its really called but thats what it looks like to me.... I bet that would still be a work out with out using your feet!:)

I haven't really had anything off the wall.... the regular fast food (ICK). But as mentioned by another poster I have been driving, eating my food and talking on the phone... Not safe or smart. YIKES!

I would like you to know that when i met my husband I had JUST left the gym. I was in sweats and a cut off (sleeves not tummy) tee shirt. I had a sweaty icky ponytail and no makeup what so ever. :) It apparently didn't bother him!

I do my cardio and a few things of lifting at the gym but I have a 2 year old so I hate to be gone too long. Do you have any suggestions to tone up my arms with free weights at home?? Like something I can do when he is in bed and I am just watching TV or something?:) THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Don't take more than 1 multivitamin a day! You can add supplimental vitamins to a multi but don't take 2 multis. I don't know that it was harm you but it can make you pretty sick and too much of certain things in a vitamin can do bad things to you body.

Agreed! Its like 2 minutes and you have an answer. Also, it could be just symptoms of an on-coming cycle. Find out because cutting calories while pregnant is TERRIBLE for the baby and for you.

go to eatingwell.com they have TONS of great helthy recipes!! I eat oatmeal or a protein bar for breakfast, a small snack about 2 to 3 hours later, lunch (leftovers, a can of tuna, etc), then another snack about 2 to 3 hours later and then dinner. I try not to snack after dinner... thats the though part for me!!

Sounds similar to me... 4 sport athlete in HS... NEVER stopped going. I was about 100 lbs when I was in college... I got a job gained a few... got married and gained a few more... had a baby and gained a BUNCH more. :( I am now hovering between 130 and 135 at 5'3". I am working my behind off to get down to at least 120ish.…

I agree!! I think that no junk in the house for ANYONE is a GREAT thing!!! Teach your kids the things you wish you had so they din't end up in their late 20's or 30s (which I think is when the metabolisim REALLY hits a speed bump... at least for me) trying to fight off weight because they have a "taste" for junk and not…
