I've been taken One a Day Womens Active Mind and Body and today Ive started a new One a day Womens its the Metabolism one... im curious as to how many vitamins one can take in a day, and what I can take to really help me feel healthier... (does that make sense) Right now I want to be able to just actually feel like im getting the most out of my day.

Don't take more than 1 multivitamin a day! You can add supplimental vitamins to a multi but don't take 2 multis. I don't know that it was harm you but it can make you pretty sick and too much of certain things in a vitamin can do bad things to you body.0

B12
D3
Omega triple 3-6-9
Selenium (with vitamins A,C,E)
Coral calcium
All of which I believe have clear health benefits.
Selenium doesn't seem to be commonly taken, but perhaps it should be as it supports thyroid function and is almost impossible to get in adequate amounts in from a Western diet.0 -
If you take more than your body needs, it will just flush it out anyway so you'd be wasting money.
I take:
a daily multi
zinc
alpha lipoic acid
water pills (because I retain excessive amounts of water)0 -
I tried to talk to my Dr once about Vitamins but all she said was dont by cheap u get what you by... but nothing about what I should be taken...
So right now I have My Daily Multi...
What others can I take with it to get me to feeling 100%?

I go with the GNC vitapacks. They have an Energy pack for women.0

I take one multi a day, and if you're wondering about what won't help vs. what will, here is a good website about which supplements have documented health benefits, and which are a waste of money
