IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME! I lost 32, and gained 20 of that back :( . In just 4 months! but it took almost half a year to lose that thing! Now its taking forever! to lose it again!

I AGREE AGREE AGREE AGREE! Many of my friends tell me not to get "too skinny" because then I'll look like a "crack head". But honestly that is their opinion! If I want to be a size 5 then I can, I am 5'4 and right now I weigh 228, my goal weight is 145, it is also healthy. IDK why people are always telling others not to…

I would try the oatmeal with bananas. Thank you all for your suggestions. Your breakfast's sounds much healthier and tastier than mines :D

unfortunately I cannot make my own food because I dorm, there isn't really oatmeal everyday. But I would try that on the weekdays :) Thanks.

I weigh myself everyday and I post it on http://www.fourmilab.ch/ . It is a good website and it tells you how many calories you are over eating and it lets you know if you are going to lose any weight .

I am working with the same number.. It is too low. But if you workout and lose at least 400 calories you'll be ok. I am also trying to lose 2lbs/week
