I have been on MFP for a while and lost almost 20 pounds, but slacked really bad other the summer and holidays. I am back and more motivated than ever to keep myself on track, I would love to have some MFP friends to motivate me and vise versa. So feel free to add me :wink:

Feel Free to add me my diary is open to my friends. I try to stay around 1400 calories a day. I am just getting back on the wagon now of counting my calories, but am planning on staying with it for a while!

I would love to join your challenge group =) I completed Insanity in May and absolutely loved it. I am now looking forward to starting Focus T25, I just ordered it this morning and it says it will be at my house in 2-5 day. I am going to like a little kid on Christmas morning once it gets here =)

I have a HRM that I use. If you dont have one I would suggest calculating how long it took you to run a mile and use the log that MFP gives you in the Exercise tracking!

I have completed Insanity once and would love to do it again. I really enjoy the workouts,I am totally in!

I am in a similar situation, I am 5'4 and started in Jan. 2013 weighing 167. I am currently at 149 and my overall goal is to be at 130! I am thinking about giving up Fried Food and Bread! I hope I can stick to it =)

Its just my husband and I and we budget $600 a month, but this includes and odds and end such as TP, soap, shampoo and dog food. This also includes any eating out we may do that month!
