New and looking for encouragement

I'm new here to the forums. I've tried this app before but I am my own worst enemy. I cheat by not entering everything. I think some accountability here will actually help. I would love to lose about ten pounds and get my sugar cravings under control. Thanks for being here.

    I have been on MFP for a while and lost almost 20 pounds, but slacked really bad other the summer and holidays. I am back and more motivated than ever to keep myself on track, I would love to have some MFP friends to motivate me and vise versa. So feel free to add me :wink:

    Cheating is only going to lead to disappointment on your end. Try prelogging your meals the night before/morning of and sticking to your entries? Leave a couple hundred calories free for impulse eating :)
