ok well I will try this. I have been very strict on not cheating but I dont wanna do it so bad until I benge all of the sudden and gain 10lbs back I have lost 17lbs and its been almost a week since I lost anything. On the flip side I have losy 1 more inch off waist so thats cool. Thanks for the help.
