IMO the best is Sparkling flavored water. Wal-mart and Dollar Store carry it in many flavors. NO SODIUM/SALT, NO SUGAR, NO ASPARTAME, CAFFEINE FREE, CALORIE FREE. But it has the carbonation of soda's for that zing.

It is great as it gives you several levels to use if your not ready for the full bang. Stick with it if you can. It is fun and works.

The best thing to soda that is not a soda is Flavored Sparkling water, It has no calories or sodium but does have the carbonation of a soda. They are sold at Wal-Mart by the small or large bottle in many flavors and at Dollar Tree by the gallon size. Try one, once you get use to them you will never want another heavy soda.

Try Zumba. It is a fun dance fitness program that is in levels so that you can participate in a level you are comfortable with and work your way up.
