Hi. You have to decide what's important and find ways to dull those cravings. you shouldn't let yourself get crazy hungry. There are lots of filling things to eat that are lower in calories and high in nutrition. If you need friends to kick your butt, I'm here :-) You can do it, good luck!

The fact that you exercise and "Eat right" is commendable. But to lose weight, you still have to be in some kind of caloric deficit. Do you track your inputs and outputs? how intense is the exercise, etc. Review your goals and your liftstyle and make changes accordingly. Good luck, you can do it!

I don't know who he is, I'm afraid, but if he was really into bodybuilding there could be steroids and growth hormone involved, a nasty combination for your heart. or it would just be - "stuff happens"

Does a shortcut mean "the harder you work the better results you get" ? Then I guess anything could be a shortcut. It's hardly "Cheating". Not like it's an easy way out. I find it a good alternative to mix into my workouts.

So men can, but women can't? :-) I don't have them, but I think it really depends on whether the "excess" is actually fat, or mostly stretched skin. The skin could be an issue without surgical intervention. If it is still body fat, then you go girl! They will reduce as you reduce all over. Good luck!

My scale tells me 17% right now. I started out at 24%, so it's going the right direction

The main problem is that there is no way for progression. You can't make the weights heavier, can't do more circuits. It might be fine for starting out, but once you get more fit you have no way to get fitter with their system.
