I don't believe you can tell your body from where to burn fat. You need to lower your overall bodyfat % and it will come off all over, including your stomach. Certainly do some abs exercises so when the fat melts away you have a shaply tummy to look at. :-)

We can't really give advice without more information. Have you set a calorie goal based on your daily requirements and goals? What are you eating? A bit of Yoga is likely not going to spur any significant weight loss.. Any more info would be helpful

You won't get the bodybuilder look unless you work out like a bodybuilder and perhaps take performance enhancing drugs. Unless you are .01% of the population you won't "accidently get too big" :-) So try, dips, pull ups, bicep curls, triceps push downs, close-grip bench presses. Also dont' forget the rest of your body.…

Yes, once a week weigh-ins would be fine... But, hows your eating, how's your exercise? Are you in a modest caloric deficit most days?

Thankfully there is yet to be a law that tells me where I can point my eyes. I'm 6'3" on a good day. :-) Depends if my back is feeling strong. I'm not big though. Just need to lose about 10 of fat and perhaps gain 10 back in muscle. Best of luck to everyone in meeting their goals

You should do this for YOU, not for anyone else. No offence, but if he seriously threw up, he is the one that needs some help. Your goal of 105 sounds very low and I'd be concerned about you aiming for that through un-healthy practices. Just try and be healthy and fit, don't focus on a certain number. All the best to you!

My wife and I are off work this week. Among other things we will be heading out of town for a couple of nights. I want to continue to workout and burn at least 500 cals a day, make good food choices and be down a pound by Saturday.. Oh and also, not spend too much shopping in the States! :-)
