My wife and I just planned a spontaneous trip to Las Vegas. (We Are in Winnipeg) Not somewhere I ever really thought about going, but it looks like there will be lots to do even for non-gamblers, non-drinkers. I hope to get out to Red Rock Canyon and hike or cycle. See you down there lol

I have protruding vertebrae and need to be careful. You can try the bar a little lower on your back, but then have to be careful about your shoulders. I guess you can work your Traps hard and build up a cushion! :wink:

I prefer Coke to Pepsi. :tongue: Some days I am very much addicted. It is shocking, after cutting down for while, whether its sugar or salt, how strong they taste when you go back! I have a hard time eating a lot or protein, even though I know it will make me feel full.

I have never done the whole 6 weeks. Not because I can't, I just haven't. I'm 51! :-) I monitor my heart rate and do my best not do die.

I have recently discovered "goblet Squats" using a dumbell. I have low back issues and a protruding vertebra up top, so not having to have a bar across my upper back has been a godsend. I just need to work my weight up. Check them out
