Maybe start your day with a workout instead, after work can be challenging. Find what works for you, it might not always be ease. I have no advice for the other problem...

It is about finding what works for you. I personally like to keep my food intake even throughout the day with 5 or 6 similar sized meals (not always successfull) My body needs rest days from exercise. I do run, but yes, there can be joint issues if you are prone. So much has to be about finding what works for YOUR body

I can't squat heavy due to poor leverage and low back degeneration. Thankfully I can't bench much either, so at least my bodyparts match! :laugh:

Give it a month. Seriously, it takes time. If you just started working out your body is likely holding a little more water in the muscles. Consistency and patience will pay off

I have a very overweight friend who strongly suggested that I am the way I am is due to metobolism, and inferred the same thing was true for him. Although I am naturally thin I did want to ask him to show me his workout logs for the last 20 years, or list the number of times he chose a single burger instead of a triple.…

Never had to face this dilemna. I would say, don't believe every pop-up you see on the Internet. All those sites you may have posted a picture on? Well, they can be used for nefarious purposes sometimes.

Well, you only wait 7 minutes for responses :-) I have been pigging out since Sept, but for November I am off the junk and back to clean eating. Dec-Feb will be bulking up, but hopefully with muscle :p)
