  • I was looking at subway online and It still has alot of sodium. It was okay for calories but the sodium was killer!

  • I did notice a difference when eating the cauliflower with butter and soya sauce but it did taste good. Im a HUGE rice fan. But Im going to start eating more cauliflower to cut back on calories.... as for it being the pizza crust it was very good. I will be using that recipe every time i make pizza

  • Its cauliflower shredded up to look like rice. you can use it in stir fry, by itself, I have a recipe that uses it as a pizza base. It says you ALOT on calories.

  • I take B6 to help metablize things, and B12 to help stay awake. (I normally am I up and then sleep are morning, and have a nap in the afternoon if i have a headache.) I also take one a day womens vitamin.

  • So tonight I grated some cauliflower and steamed it. 1/2 cups =88 calories, added 1/2 tbsp of butter= 33 calories and added some soya sauce. Not as good as white rice but I think I can live with it as a substitute most of the time. =)
  • dont cook for 30 minutes. Mine all came out burnt. I think probably 20 minutes would of done.
  • SOO Good. Great way to replace the greasy burgers. I paired it with a Sweet potato Fry Poutine! Had an amazing dinner and didnt get killed with sodium, calories and fat. :)
  • I have some zucchini in the oven right now. its 1/2 panko bread crumbs 1-2 tablespoons parmeson cheese (sorry about my spelling) 1 large zucchini thinly sliced and a tiny bit of milk dipped the zucchini in the milk, then into the bread crumb/cheese mixture and then onto a baking sheet 400-30 minutes.
  • I used to go out and grab food (mostly subway) when i was hungry or on my way home from work. Now im saving up for a car my credit card doesnt like that old way anymore. I budgeted out what my needs were for a month, savings and emergency fund. Then divided the rest into a weekly allowance. You could possibly try that.

  • Engery drinks make me very sick. I wish the didnt I could use them. B12 used to work for me but not since the new medicine.

  • Unfortunatly the meds might be a life long thing. I have something called trigeminal neuralgia. Im in pain 24/7 and have a headach and sometimes upgrades to mirgain all the time. I cant really do a little workout where I am cause Id be to embarassed. im out in the open. I used to turn to food too but I refuse to do that…
