I think I will try and burn more lol. I do minus my resting calories out of the number my heart rate gives me though.

True. I just feel like I should be doing more. That's normally from 40 minutes exercise and a 30 minute walk.

Think I will just change it to lightly active.

Ok. Thing is I won't be this active in a months time, I could wear my heart rate monitor and count my calories that way but I can't survive on 1200 calories everyday when I'm walking for 6 hours.

I've been doing Turbo jam and chalean extreme for the past month, but those workouts never left my legs/abs aching like this work out does.
