I seem to lose more wight when I drink water

I've lost loads of my waist but only about 1/2 an inch on my hips.

I'll do my first round later today. I won't be doing the 10 minute stretch though, I'll do 10 minutes of weights instead. How often are people weighing?

Maybe you are losing inches instead of weight. I lose weight slowly but inches come off pretty quick.

No I don't add in house work etc either. I eat my calories back because I'm on something like 1290.

I'm on1200 calories per day so when I exercise I eat my calories back, so far i've lost weight.

I tend to lose weight very slowly as well. I have lost quite a few inches though. I think measuring yourself is a good idea as it helps to keep you motivated when you're not losing on the scale.

I guess I can just be a bit impatient. I wanted to lose it all this year. I do lose inches more than weight though.

I'm just over 11 stone at the minute I want to get down to 9. Tbh I've gone a bit off track the last month or so but before then I seemed to loose weight quite slowly.

If you wanted to add weights there's a hybrid programe you can do which is Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme
