            I'm in again! I did 61 miles (goal was 60) in June and it really kept me motivated. This month I'm going to aim for 40 'cause I want to incorporate other types of workouts to mix it up a bit.

 I think so, any miles are good. If you are interested in trying her dvd's though I posted a link earlier in this thread to some free ones to watch online.0
