Ok, Im new here.. Is her "walking" exercise really effective. I saw her on fitnesstv. Il join you all.
I think so, I was doing just either her 1 or 3 mile walks daily for my first month on MFP and counting my calories and lost 5lbs. I added in Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred daily and have lost 7lbs more. I think that any exercise is effective if you put your all into and try to do at least 30 min a day.0 -

Her dvds are the only cardio I do. I do a little strength (not too much) . I started easily with 4 mph walks and worked up to 6 mph jogs. I am happy with the results!0 -
