    Walked 14 miles today. It is our lakefair weekend. 2 miles walked to get there, and with the several hours of walking from here to there... ugggg. My arthritis in my feet is hating me royal.... Tomorrow will be more... I think I'm upping my miles though. I'm at 47/50 right now. If I do around 10 Sat and 10 Sun, plus I have a 5 day astronomy gig next week (only 3 days of walking, 2 days driving there and back), plus my regular walking, I think I will up it to 130.

    Ahhhh still in the challenge....just had alot going on...still been exercising but not the Wal at Home DVD's

    I need to step it up! I am also doing the 30 day shred. Sometimes I don't have enough time to do both. I just need to do more miles on days that I can. I can do this!

    Highly doubt I'm going to reach my goal.

    Had some health issues pop up with both myself and my husband - making it VERY hard to get the proper exercise (activity) in.

    Reasonable walking goal for me is now changed to 80 for July.

    Week 1-7-01-2011- 7-09-2011 23.59 miles

    Week 2
    7-10-2011- 5 miles
    7-11--2011-3.3 miles
    7-12-2011-3 miles
    7-13-2011-3.5 miles
    7-14-2011- 3.3 miles
    7-15-2011- 6.4 miles
    7-16-2011- No walk other exercise that calculates miles
    Total for week 2- 24.5

    Week 3
    7-18-2011-5.2 miles
    7-19-2011-3.8 miles
    7-20-2011-4.8 miles

    Total for July at this time-61.89/18.11 remaining to goal (which may have to be changed again)

    So sorry to hear this, I was so glad when you started this thread to continue the challenge for June. I am a bit behind on my goal, but I know that even if I don't get there, I will still have done way more than I was doing 2 months ago (which was NOTHING!)
    Just hang in there and do as much as you can until you are 100%, then start over with a new goal.
