I'm on the 3rd week it's a good programme. I think I need to buy some more weights though, I have lightish weights and heavy weights but nothing really in the middle.

My hips are 41 inches I'm about a U.K size 14. I was a size 10 not long back so hopefully they will be able shrink. I've always had big hips as well.

I'm eating 1300 calories and eating my exercise calories back sometimes I have 50 to 100 spare I'm eating clean the majority of the time sometimes I eat junk though but I mostly eat well. I'm on 1300 calories a day so I eat mine back sometimes I'm 100 or so under.

I had the same problem with the 30 day shred so I stopped. I'm doing Chalean extreme at the minute and there's quite a bit of squatting in that, when I've finished I might try the 30 day shred again.
