My son, father and I are all participating in the 5k Army Run. This will be my first run/walk in a race...ever! I'm scared I won't make it. :(

I'm from Ottawa...kinda. I work in Ottawa if that counts, I work out in Ottawa and all my friends live in Ottawa. I just moved out to the "country" in August. I'm south of Russell.
